Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your sandals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the sandals are clean and free of any debris from the trail.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our workshop inspects the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
